Eligibility for Price Match

To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be identical in brand, style, size, color, and specifications.

  • The lower price must come from a legitimate, authorized UK-based retailer (either online or in-store).

  • The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor’s store.

  • The request must be made before your purchase or within 7 days after placing your order with CAMAYYA.

Please include the following:

  • A link to the competitor’s product page or an image of their official advertisement.

  • Your CAMAYYA order number (if you’ve already purchased the item).

Our team will verify the information and confirm if your purchase qualifies for a price match.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Policy does not apply to:

  • Clearance, liquidation, or closeout items

  • Used, refurbished, or damaged products

  • Offers requiring membership, coupons, or loyalty programs

  • Flash sales, timed promotions, or marketplace listings (e.g., eBay, Etsy, Craigslist, or unauthorized resellers)

  • Obvious pricing errors or fraudulent listings

Refunds for Price Differences

If your purchase qualifies for a post-purchase price match, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method within 7 business days.
